CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL SUSHI DAY IN STYLE WITH STICKS’N’SUSHI

Sushi fans, rejoice! This June, Sticks’n’Sushi will be rolling out its International Sushi Day (18th June) celebrations all month long, with a limited edition set menu of flame-seared nigiri, sushi masterclasses and more.

The Aburi Setto menu showcases five new nigiri creations with highlights including soy-cured tuna with garlic butter, Parmesan and truffle dust; seared salmon with miso aioli; avocado topped with Royal Beluski Exmoor Caviar; and seared yellow tail king fish alongside Japanese Wagyu layered with Parmesan, shiitake, rice korokke and kizami wasabi. Available as a 10-piece set for £37, the new nigiri will also be available individually, with pairs starting from £7.

Raising a glass to the occasion, the limited-edition Hojicha Yume (£10.50) cocktail puts the roasted Japanese tea following matcha’s lead as the flavour of the moment front and centre. Fruity and nutty, the cocktail blends hojicha, raspberry, and Suntory Haku Vodka, finished with vegan foam.

For those who want to go hands-on with sushi celebrations, Sticks’n’Sushi Battersea is launching a new series of sushi masterclasses for adults, with the first session starting on 9th June (6.30 – 8pm). Guests kick off with Prosecco, edamame and sake before being guided by chefs through signature rolls like Kappa Maki, Crispy Ebi and Shake Aioli, learning the precision behind the plates before sitting down together to eat their own creations with miso soup and fresh lemonade.
The Aburi Setto and Hojicha Yume will be available at Sticks’n’Sushi locations nationwide from 1st – 30th June. To book visit: https://www.sticksnsushi.com/gb/en/
