From Friday the 17th March, The George invites Londoners to join them throughout the weekend to eat, drink and enjoy St.Patrick’s Day as the pub partners with Jameson Irish Whiskey to offer guests the ultimate Irish experience.
Kicking off the celebrations on Friday 17th March The George will have a live Irish band playing from 7pm – 10pm, as they invite guests to join them for Jameson Irish Whiskey cocktails such as the Artist Special, London’s best Irish Coffee, Irish Oysters, pints of Guinness and coveted packets of Tayto crisps, especially imported from The Emerald isle, available from 17th – 19th March.
Alongside Irish specials, The George will be serving up their signature pub classics throughout the weekend, with dishes including Beer Battered Dayboat Fish & Chips served with tartare sauce, mushy peas and lemon and Bangers & Mash consisting of The George’s infamous sausages, creamy mash, tomato relish and onion gravy, and a Sunday Roast service on March 19th.
If this wasn’t enough, The George will also be live screening all Six Nations games, including the England v Ireland match on Saturday 18th March.
