Mason Mount, Thiago Silva and Marc Cucurella visited Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as the organisation celebrates its 30th anniversary.
The Chelsea trio surprised staff and a number of children patients by handing out gifts including Chelsea footballs, cushions, water bottles and pens.
Mount, Silva and Cucurella also presented the hospital with a Chelsea shirts signed by all of the first team squad accompanied with the number 30 on the back to celebrate the milestone.
Simon Taylor, Head of Chelsea Foundation, said: ‘Following our regular visits to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital over a number of years, it was a pleasure to be able to support their 30th anniversary celebrations.
‘I’ve been lucky enough to see the tremendous work of the staff here on a number of occasions, and to be able to bring our players down to support an important milestone for the hospital but also bring some happiness to the patients, is something we are extremely proud of.’
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital are kicking off their 30th anniversary celebrations this Thursday 25 May. They are holding a charity abseil down the side of the hospital with staff members to kickstart fundraising for their goal to raise 30 million pounds alongside the hospital’s charity, CW+.

Four additional patients from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital joined Mount, Silva, Cucurella and the rest of the Chelsea squad for an exclusive visit into the training ground to watch their heroes in action.
Ava Lyon, said: ‘An amazing day, I can’t believe it. To meet Mason Mount and Reece James is a dream come true and something I will remember forever.’
Michael Wall, said: ‘It was brilliant to be able to watch the players train and then meet them all afterwards. Raheem Sterling is my favourite player so it has really cheered me up to be able to meet him today.’
