Chop-Chop London to Open Sustainable Hair Salon at Wembley Park

Chop-Chop London will open its biggest and most sustainable salon to date at Wembley Park on 21st September. Known for speedy, affordable and inclusive hair services, Chop-Chop’s new Wembley Park salon will feature sustainable materials in its design, including low energy lighting and all worktops will be made of recycled plastics.

Unique to the Wembley Park concept is a dedicated pop-up space within the salon, where Chop-Chop London will invite other like-minded lifestyle brands to showcase their services and products to their new community. Customers will have the option to choose a wash and cut and wash and blow-dry service, however the majority of the salon’s services will be delivered on dry hair, saving customers time and money, whilst reducing water consumption. In addition, customers will have the opportunity to indulge in a wider range of haircare products with their botanical product partner Phyto, and by early next year, Chop Wembley will introduce their first colour service range.

Unlike any of Chop-Chop London’s other locations, its Wembley Park salon will be multifunctional with the introduction of a co-working space. The area will be complete with seating, free Wi-Fi and charging points. Coffee and other beverages will be also served.

Kaye Sotomi, Co-Founder of Chop-Chop London, said: We are incredibly excited to be working with Quintain to open our biggest store so far. Our values are aligned – Chop-Chop London and Quintain are both shaking up their respective industries by modernising the old, whilst preserving culture and fostering greater community spirit. We look forward to appointing stylists, barbers and assistants from the local community and bringing our salon experience to Wembley Park.”

Matt Slade, Retail Director at Quintain, said: “Experience, culture and convenience are at the heart of our vision for the re-development of Wembley Park. Chop-Chop London embodies the same ethos and are bringing unique experiences for customers to enjoy above and beyond their core services.

Chop-Chop London will join other recently opened fashion, dining and leisure brands at Wembley Park, including Wembley Park Market – an indoor and permanent shopping destination made up of independent and local merchants and makers, from fashion and food to homeware and wellness.

Chop-Chop London will be a welcome additions to residents of Tipi – Quintain’s lifestyle lifestyle-led rental management brand, as well as tourists, day-out visitors and residents living in the Wembley Park, wider North London and Brent region
