CoComelon has been entertaining pre-schoolers and their parents on the small screen, and this summer, for the very first time, JJ and his friends will be singing and dancing their way on to the big screen as a collection of ‘Best of Episodes’ are brought to cinemas across the UK for toddlers and their parents to enjoy.
The theatrical release will feature a programme of some of the most popular nursery rhymes and songs from the CoComelon library, designed with the big screen and audiences in mind. It follows a number of successful pre-school releases giving parents the opportunity to bring their toddlers to the cinema for the first time, when the presentation is usually less than an hour, lights are dimmed and the volume is lower than for the big blockbusters. For CoComelon, the lyrics will appear on the bottom of the screen and audiences will be encouraged to sing and dance along to create mini parties across the country.
CoComelon supports kids in their foundational years through positivity, with a song for every big-little moment. CoComelon gives important early life lessons a soundtrack, helping little ones to laugh, learn and grow. CoComelon is a relatable, kind, and positive world that all kids will recognize.
The show is available in more than 20 languages, including ASL, and has more than 4 billion monthly views across platforms, including Netflix and YouTube. CoComelon and its spin off shows are distributed by more than 40 global broadcast and streaming partners across 80 countries.
Participating cinemas across the UK include 17 Showcase cinemas and 51 Vue Cinemas. Tickets can be purchased via the link: https://cocomelon.totallytots.uk/
