London has three very cute new visitors. Japanese sensation Chiikawa and friends Hachiware and Usagi have been out sightseeing ahead of their arrival at Selfridges on Thursday 1 October.
Chiikawa is making its London debut with an immersive pop-up on the fourth floor of the Oxford Street store. Fans can explore Chiikawa’s world, take a photo and shop plush, collectibles and a UK-exclusive Chiikawa x Sanrio Kiramekko assortment.
Created by illustrator Nagano, Chiikawa has won millions of fans with its small, cute characters and surprisingly relatable stories about friendship and life’s ups and downs.
Chiikawa’s English-language YouTube channel also launches on 1 October.
