From 22nd-28th April, the Thai restaurant group loved for their bold flavours and classic Thai-family recipes, is launching the “Sunshine Hit” at its Tower Bridge restaurant in London – a one-of-a-kind experience offering diners a dopamine boost with a table custom-fitted with SAD (seasonal affective disorder) lamps that mimic natural sunlight, as part of its Songkran (Thai New Year) celebrations. Diners will be transported to Thailand to recharge their batteries with no passport required, all whilst enjoying their “Songkran Special” dishes – FOR FREE.

Guests can book the “Sunshine Hit” experience through the Rosa’s Thai website. Each sitting includes:
A 90-minute slot: of dining with a side of dopamine
Limited availability: between 12pm–6pm from Weds 22nd – Tues 28th April
Complimentary “Songkran Specials” dishes including:
Larb Gai – a vibrant minced chicken salad with chilli, lime, fresh herbs and toasted rice, finished with crispy shallots
Pineapple Fried Rice – stir-fried jasmine rice, vegetables and sweet pineapple, gently spiced with turmeric to create a golden dish
