With the coronavirus disrupting the global theater marketplace, Serina Krawczyk announced on Tuesday that she will release footage from Poor Innocence.

Krawczyk shared powerful stills from her movie on Facebook and Instagram with lead actress, Abigail Rohde who plays Charlotte Grey in the upcoming film. Poor Innocence has been recognized by celebrities, including Best Actor Oscar winner, Matthew McConaughey, and Lord of the Rings Actor, Sean Astin.

In an Instagram video, Sean Astin encourages Krawczyk to continue on with her film after dealing with the loss of her beloved dog that sadly passed away December 2019. Astin stated in the Instagram video that he offered to star in the film and hopes to work with Krawczyk in the future.

The film was set to premiere in Los Angeles in February but was postponed. Serina Krawczyk halted production of Poor Innocence in late October of 2019 to attend to personal matters for reasons that was never made public. She stated on Facebook that she “plans to resume production once everything settles down with the virus”.

During the hiatus she worked on four other films along with her two podcast shows, Stuck in The House Podcast, and Moto Geeks Garage, and a series called “This Is What It’s Like…”.

There is no new set date for Poor Innocence to be released on Netflix.
