DLD College London Celebrates Student Success on GCSE Results Day

DLD College London is honouring the outstanding accomplishments of its students today (20 August), as they receive their hard-earned GCSE results.

Students collected their results this morning at the multi-award-winning independent school, with success across a range of academic fields. In Humanities, 100% of students achieved grades 9-4 in Geography and 95% of students achieved grades 9-4 in English Literature. 100% of students achieved grades 9-4 across all three of DLD’s Science pathways (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) whilst in the Arts, 100% of students achieved grades 9-4 in Film Studies. In addition, 100% of students studying DLD College London’s innovative eSports BTEC achieved distinction or merit awards. These results reflect the breadth and ambition of DLD College London’s academic offering.

Commenting on this year’s results, James Kidd, Executive Principal at DLD College London, said: “We are incredibly proud to be celebrating the success of our students across a broad range of subjects, from well-established traditional subjects to those that are new and innovative. This provides students with a strong basis for further study and A Level choices, as well as the world of work.
