London’s most exciting East and Southeast Asian street food traders are set to descend on Canada Water this August as KERB reveals the full line-up for KERB Goes East at Round The Dock, Canada Water’s new summer events programme.
The brand-new outdoor weekender celebrates the flavours, cultures and creativity of one of the capital’s fastest-growing food scenes, taking place on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August. The free festival will bring together an exceptional line-up of over 50 independent traders for two days of celebrating East and Southeast Asia by the water. From fluffy Japanese bao buns and handmade Himalayan dumplings to Korean tacos, Sichuan noodles, Filipino grilled meats and Indonesian street food, visitors can eat their way across East and Southeast Asia without leaving East London.
Newly announced traders for the weekend will include Mànmànlái, KERB’s incubator success story specialising in fiery Sichuan dandan noodles, Borobudu Indonesian Haus, showcasing authentic Indonesian dishes, Hanoi Cà Phê, putting a fresh spin on Vietnamese bánh mì, Filigrillz, serving Filipino barbecue favourites and Banzai Kitchen, dishing up Japanese fried chicken sandos. Sunday visitors can also catch Two Roosters, making a special one-day-only appearance.
Sweet treats come courtesy of TOFU FUN’s Taiwanese tofu desserts, CanToast Bakery’s Hong Kong-style French toast, and Lil’Wong Bakes sharing pandan packed treats.
Alongside the food, guests can browse Urban Garden Fair’s independent East Asian makers market while enjoying live music, drinks and a vibrant waterside atmosphere as part of Round The Dock, Canada Water’s summer events series.
As the sun sets on Saturday, KERB Goes East will come alive with a vibrant programme of live entertainment celebrating East Asian culture. The evening will begin with a traditional lion dance from The London Lion Dance, weaving through the market and leading guests into the heart of the festival, before DJ Jisu takes over the decks with a soundtrack to guide into the evening. Visitors will also be immersed in a powerful live performance from Joji Hirota & the London Taiko Drummers as they showcase for an unforgettable finale to the day’s celebrations before the DJ keeps the party going until 9pm.
The traders and programming join the lineup alongside already announced vendors including Old Chang Kee, showcasing Singapore’s famous curry puff, Borobudu transporting the taste of Indonesia to London, YouBao with pillowy Japanese bao buns, Komex Kitchen, bringing together the bold flavours of Korea and Mexico with its cult Korean tacos, and hand crafted Himalayan Dumplings from Mandala.

Taking place outside Corner Corner as part of Round The Dock, Canada Water’s summer events series, KERB Goes East marks the return of KERB’s large-scale outdoor weekender format, bringing together independent food, culture and community in one of London’s newest waterfront destinations.
