Electric Shuffle is bringing platforms, glitter and flares back for one weekend only, with its 70s & 80s Disco Brunch running Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August only. There are three sessions a day (12-2pm, 2:30-4:30pm and 5-7pm), so there’s plenty of opportunity to grab a slot over the long weekend.
You’ll kick things off with a 70s-inspired Tequila Sunrise on arrival, garnished with a disco ball (of course), before settling into two hours of bottomless pizza, a selection of small plates and a bottle of Prosecco or four beers each (non-alcoholic options available).
A live DJ spins 70s and 80s classics all session long and a Gamesmaster hypes the room, showing groups the ropes on Electric Shuffle’s newest games, Studio 21 and The Edge, and dishing out tips along the way. Each session ends with a Studio 21 Shuffle-off, one player from every group steps up to play for their team, and only one team walks away with the prize.
Fancy dress is encouraged, whether Disco Fever, Glam Rock or full Flower Power is your vibe, anything is welcome and there’ll be a glitter station on hand to finish the look. Prizes will be up for grabs for best dressed. Photo props and disposable cameras on every table mean the outfits and fun get properly documented.
