On Saturday 13th January 2024 EVE will launch its highly anticipated Saturday Brunch. Located in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, EVE has become a neighbourhood favourite since opening in September 2023, serving a diverse all-day menu inspired by the rich and abundant culinary style of the Eastern and Southern Mediterranean regions. EVE’s Saturday Brunch (£35pp) draws inspiration from these flavours, offering an exciting three-course menu that is both delicious and distinctive, featuring Head Chef Talia Prince’s unique twist on brunch classics.
Having held positions at renowned establishments including Le Gavroche and The Fat Duck, Talia’s menu balances sweet, savoury, crunchy and spicy and is a fantastic choice for foodies and brunch-lovers alike. Served in the stunning surroundings of EVE, guests will begin their experience with Warm Allspice Tulumba to share – bitesize Turkish pastries similar to churros – whilst they browse the menu. To start, guests can enjoy a nutty Granola with Yoghurt, Tea-soaked Fruits & Date Molasses or a vegan yoghurt alternative. For main course, guests can choose from a selection of standout dishes including EVE’s signature ZFC Fried Chicken Burger with Zhoug Mayo and Pink Pickles, a spicy Shakshuka with Za’tar Flatbread, Eggs and Charred Avocado, or a Savoury Kunefe – a crispy, cheese-filled spun pastry topped with Smoked Salmon, Herb Cream Cheese and a perfectly runny Poached Egg.
Dessert is a showstopper – a fluffy Cardamom Pancake Stack with Sour Cherries. Served sharing style, guests are invited to top their own pancake stack with a Hot Spiced Chocolate Sauce, Rose Sugar and Pomegranate, making for a finale that’s full of fun and childhood nostalgia.
Alongside a delicious menu, Saturday Brunch at EVE is brought to life with live music from Black Rabbit Projects Soul Collective, providing an upbeat and playful Saturday soundtrack filled with soul, Motown and pop hits.
What’s more, EVE will offer an *unlimited cocktail package (£39 for 90 minutes), including Mimosas, Bellinis and EVE’s signature Bloody Marys made with Sapling vodka, house-spiced tomato juice and garnished with olives, pickles and celery. Guests can choose from a selection of all three cocktails throughout the 90 minutes, making it a great value way to get your Saturday started in style.
For those looking to partake in Dry January, EVE has partnered with Everleaf to create a limited-edition non-alcoholic cocktail menu. Sip on a Spiced Winter Spritz with Everleaf, chilli, lime, peppercorns and topped with soda, or a Hibiscus Margarita with Everleaf, hibiscus, fresh lime and agave. The non-alcoholic cocktail package is £22 for 90 minutes, perfect for those embracing Dry January or seeking a booze-free option.
