Families across the borough of Wandsworth are invited to make the most of their summer holidays as Wandsworth’s Big Play Out returns to Battersea Park, bringing five days packed with exciting activities, big adventures and unforgettable family fun.
Taking place from 27th-31st July, the much-loved open-air event enters its fourth year, delivered by Enable in partnership with Wandsworth Council, transforms the park into a land of adventure and play, offering families an inclusive and affordable place to play and connect during the school break.
Primary school children aged 5-11 can enjoy a jam-packed programme, including Storytime with Bluey & Bingo, How to Train a Dinosaur, Amazing Animal Encounters, K-POP Dance Workshops, Silent Disco, Nerf Battles, Bungee Trampolines, Dodgems and so much more. With something happening around every corner, the event promises endless opportunities for children to play and connect.
Alongside these headline attractions, families can enjoy a wide range of creative workshops, sports, and science sessions, designed to inspire creativity and confidence. These include Flow and Move Yoga, Science and Performance Workshops, Make Your Own Jewellery, Nail Polish Station, Climbing Wall and many other enriching activities for children, ensuring there is something to suit every age.
Tickets are priced at £25.44 per child aged 5-12 and £16.94 for adults, with children under three going free. Every child ticket also includes a free, freshly cooked lunch. With no hidden charges for attractions throughout the day, Wandsworth’s Big Play Out offers the opportunity to enjoy a full day of summer fun without worrying about any additional expenses.
This year’s event is made possible thanks to the support of a range of partners, including Smart Hospitality and Evolution London, whose ongoing commitment to the local community helps ensure families can continue to access high-quality experiences at a low cost.

Alongside those that are on sale, Enable are offering 50% of tickets each day to those on free school meals.
