Family business FIGO are not letting the COVID-19 pandemic slow them down, the two site restaurant brand has unveiled plans for growth in the face of uncertainty.

“FIGO” meaning “sounds cool” in Italian, delivers exactly what it promises. At the heart of FIGO is authentic Italian cuisine, family values and genuine hospitality.

FIGO Stratford opened its doors in November 2019, followed by FIGO Brentwood in September 2020 in the middle of the two lockdowns. There are further plans to open another restaurant opening in Spring 2021.

Owner Tony Manconi told us “We pride ourselves in doing all of this in style with fine Italian wines and phenomenal cocktails in a stunning setting.”

FIGO Stratford overlookes the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and on the doorstep of Westfield Stratford with its prime location at 17 Endeavour Square.

Manconi added “The highlight of our history can be seen in the fact that despite opening less than a year ago, closing for 3 months and having to adapt to the challenging government restrictions FIGO has defied all expectations and uncertainties and today is experiencing a growing reputation.”

The 2021 eatery currently slated for Leyton would see FIGO grow to a three-site chain.
