Landing on Sunday 10th May, The Jolly Hog Butchers will open in Clapham as a nostalgic, flavour-packed experience that celebrates the best of British food. Bringing together banging British flavours with proper British bangers, the pop-up offers a playful take on the traditional butcher shop, with visitors able to sample a packet of the new range throughout the day.
At the heart of the event is The Jolly Hog’s new sausage range, created in collaboration with two iconic British condiment brands, Marmite and Colman’s Mustard. Made with outdoor bred, RSPCA Assured British pork, the range pairs a classic banger with bold, familiar flavours, combining savoury Marmite richness and the gentle warmth of Colman’s into sausages designed to stand out on the plate.
On the day, guests can expect warm sausage samples served fresh outside the shop, with the chance to try both flavours before picking up a complimentary pack to take home – whether it’s for a relaxed Sunday lunch or to share with friends and family at a BBQ. Visitors will be greeted by The Jolly Hog team, including the founding brothers, who will be on hand throughout the day to talk through the new range and share ideas on how to enjoy it.

Growing up, trips to the local butcher for proper, high-quality sausages were a big part of our lives, and ultimately what inspired us to start The Jolly Hog in the first place. So bringing that nostalgic butcher shop experience to life now feels like a real full circle moment.
