MoreYoga, London’s fastest growing yoga brand, is offering free classes to people living in the most stressed boroughs of London.
In recognition of Stress Awareness Month which takes place during April, MoreYoga’s series of free sessions will help Londoners find calm through yoga practice.
A Babylon Health survey, as reported in Time Out London, showed that some of the most stressed borough’s include Barking & Dagenham, Richmond, Islington and Croydon. Although not far behind are Lambeth, Hackney, Wandsworth and Sutton. MoreYoga, which has over 20 studios across the capital, will host the free sessions every week in April at various MoreYoga studios throughout Stress Awareness Month.

Regular yoga practice is proven to positively impact overall health and provides users with a renewed outlook following even a short class. MoreYoga’s sessions will be suitable for a range of fitness and yoga levels, as the classes will be mixture of simple yoga positions for stress-relief and easy mindfulness and meditation practices to help find balance in mind and body.
The one-hour free sessions will start from Wednesday 3rd April at the following times at the following MoreYoga studios:
Tower Bridge: every Wednesday at 8am
Camden: every Wednesday at 9am
Hackney: every Wednesday at 9.30am
Brixton: every Wednesday at 10am
Greenwich Creekside: Every Wednesday at 9.15am
Woolwich: every Wednesday at 7am
Stamford Brook: every Wednesday at 9am
Croydon, every Wednesday at 9am
