Being a lawyer is a noble one with high opportunities to gain wealth, power, prestige and respect. And most of all, it is able to serve humanity with legal remedies. A lawyer is a representative, servant or official authorized for the judicial system in some common law countries who advise legal subjects and represent or otherwise advise clients in legal proceedings and helps them in their fight of getting justice. A rising star in the Brazilian law industry, Joilson Junior de Melo is helping to shape the future of progress in his country. He is known for his pointed questions and opposition to injustice against disadvantaged groups. Amidst his recent successes, this young lawyer remains respectful and approachable with a remarkable work ethic.

Childhood and Family :

Joilson Junior, son of Itamar de Melo and Edenilce Pedrina Sampaio de Melo, was born on September 20, 1988, in the city of Cuiaba, Mato Grosso state in Brazil. He was born in a humble family. Since he was little, he stood out due to his high intelligence level, which made it easy for him to win in his whole life. By the age of nine, he moved to a city with his family in search of a better life.

Education and Skills:

With a thirst for knowledge in all areas, the 12-year-old got his first computer and became self-taught. Several months later, and with a lot of skill, he had created several systems and websites with computer languages like C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL, JavaScript and Delphi. At the age of 16, he met a large company in São Paulo called Zero9 do Brasil Servicos Digitais Ltda. As a young programmer, he was able to create more detailed programs and intricate systems. He worked there in the startup from 2007 to 2014. After the startup, he moved to the cattle-raising sector as he bought a farm in 2015. With the planting of soybeans and corn, Joilson made some huge profits and kept succeeding.

Since Joilson began studying in Sinop, Brazil, in his second semester of undergraduate studies in the year 2019, the law student has identified many injustices existing in the Brazilian justice system. Since then, he has been fighting a legal battle to oppose these injustices against Brazil’s poor people.

His contribution to society:

The 32-year-old law student has been a force to be reckoned with in his country, standing out due to his relentless commitment to fighting any kind of injustice he may encounter. Joilson is known for his dedication to the cause and envisions becoming a standout lawyer in his community. Joilson Melo has been a voice that defended human rights in several states of Brazil. He is well known for his struggle against malpractice and misconduct in the Brazilian judiciary system. He has launched cases in the National council of justice with Minister Humberto Eustaquio Soares Martin as a rapporteur.

Joilson Melo has always been fascinated with the law – studying the ins and outs of different legal systems, immersing himself in court decisions, and discussing with seasoned attorneys. As he prepared for his career as an attorney, however, Joilson began to realize something wasn’t right in Brazil. He noticed that the legal system in Brazil is broken, and poorly-trained lawyers often make mistakes. This creates an unfair society, where the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer.

Joilson Melo has been covering many cases in the country that were not given a chance in any legal system. He uses disruptive information and his education to contribute to the success of cases for his clients. He plans to change the way his country deals with justice and help everyone who deserves it.

His Future Plans:

As a measure of his character and temperament, Joilson’s goal is to complete the law course graduation and become eligible for a government job. He’d like to use his training to become a magistrate and then create a legal firm that will give justice to thousands of people in need of advocacy. At the end of the day, it is the justice and wellbeing of the people that matter the most, and that makes the world a better living place.
