Fulham Broadway Metro Bank’s Magic Money campaign has raised £1,825.05 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.
Throughout December customers, colleagues and visitors to the Fulham Broadway store donated via the instore coin counter Magic Money Machine or via cashless donations by scanning the QR code on the ‘magic’ gold coins found on the tree in store.
“We would like to thank everyone for their generosity and support for our campaign, especially given what a tough year it has been,” commented Neil MacDonald, regional director at Metro Bank. “Local charities have been hit hard during the pandemic and as a community bank, we hope that this donation will help make a difference in the lives of local children and their families”.
Great Ormond Street Hospital opened its doors in 1852 and is one of the world’s leading hospitals supporting children and young adults with complex illnesses.
