London’s beloved independent electronic music festival GALA returns to Peckham Rye Park for its eleventh edition across the May Bank Holiday weekend, 28–30 May 2027, revealing the first wave of artists and stage partners set to shape three days of music and connection. Leading the announcement is Four Tet, one of electronic music’s most celebrated and influential artists, who will make his long-awaited GALA debut.
Joining him across the weekend are DJ Harvey, Antal & HUNEE, Shy FX, Skin On Skin, HAAi, Egyptian Lover, Chez Damier, Gene On Earth, Ogazon, Peach, Moxie, Blawan and more, alongside stage takeovers from some of the vital parties, labels and collectives shaping London’s club culture. With further names still to be announced, the first wave sets the tone for one of GALA’s strongest lineups to date.
A defining figure in electronic music for over two decades, Four Tet has moved effortlessly between underground dancefloors and the world’s biggest stages while staying true to his independent roots. His long-awaited GALA debut marks a significant moment for the festival, bringing one of dance music’s most storied artists to Peckham Rye for the first time.
For 2027, GALA introduces The House We Keep, drawing inspiration from house music’s roots in Chicago and New York’s pioneering club culture to celebrate a shared home for dance music in all its forms. Built on connection, care and collective energy, the theme honours what we inherit, what we bring to the dancefloor, and what we continue to build together.
Friday kicks off the weekend with a focus on bass-heavy sounds, led by Four Tet, Shy FX, Skin On Skin, Blawan, Oppidan, Introspekt and Benji B & Judah. Stage takeovers from the legendary Rinse FM, Deviation, HVYWGHT and BORN N BRED bring together some of the UK’s most important soundsystem and club communities.
Saturday turns up the club energy, welcoming HAAi, Egyptian Lover, Angel D’lite, Peach, Freakenstein and Ogazon & Ryan Elliott. London’s defining queer party Adonis returns for an open-air takeover, alongside Peach’s Dreamland and FWEAKY, each bringing their own distinct energy to Peckham Rye.
Sunday rounds off the weekend with a celebration of house, disco and deeper selections, featuring Antal & HUNEE, Chez Damier, DJ Harvey, Gene On Earth, Louise Chen, Moxie and Soichi Terada and Tama Sumo & Lakuti. Highlights include the return of Amsterdam institution Rush Hour, Moxie’s On Loop and Limousine Dream, while the legendary DJ Harvey takes the reins of GALA’s iconic Pleasure Dome for a special DJ Harvey & Friends takeover.
Further artists and programme details will be announced in early 2027.
