The Wellness Oasis® the renowned international mental health & wellness event and community platform, is partnering with
Bukhman
Philanthropies and making its UK debut in London this September. The event brings together the world’s leading experts and advocates in mental health, relationships, longevity, women’s health and physical and
emotional well-being, and more, for an immersive one-day experience.

Following sell-out events across the US and Europe earlier this year, the event will take place at
180 Studios on Saturday 19 September. The event offers Londoners a space to step away from the pressures of everyday life and explore practical ways to support their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.

The Wellness Oasis® supported by Bukhman Philanthropies combines intimate conversations hosted & moderated by well-being expert Devi Brown, with interactive workshops, movement, breathwork and restorative experiences. Previous events, staged alongside major
global cultural moments and cities including Miami Art Week, SXSW and Cannes Lions, have featured globally recognised figures including
Oprah Winfrey, Dwyane Wade, John Legend, Joe Jonas, Gary Brecka, Lindsay Lohan, Dr. Becky Kennedy
and more, who open up with vulnerability about their own stories, alongside leading psychologists, physicians, authors, athletes and mental health advocates.

At £50 for the full day, with all proceeds going to split across
Beat,
CALM, Samaritans
and Young
Minds, the London event has been deliberately priced to make high-quality well-being expertise more accessible. A single pass provides access to the complete programme of talks, workshops and guided experiences,
and nourishing food throughout the day, giving attendees the opportunity to hear directly from internationally recognised experts and advocates. All of this comes without the premium price tag often associated with mental health and wellness events.

The event comes to London as conversations around burnout, loneliness and mental health continue to move firmly into the mainstream. With
one
in four adults in the UK experiencing a mental health problem each year, The Wellness Oasis® supported by Bukhman Philanthropies aims to provide more than inspiration, equipping guests with ideas and tools
they can use in their everyday lives.

The programme will explore some of the most pressing questions shaping modern well-being: how to build healthier relationships, how to create emotional resilience, improve long-term health, how to deal with self-doubt, how to create habits that make everyday
life feel more manageable and more.

Sessions will span the science of living longer, women’s health, whole health, emotional intelligence, relationships and self-worth, alongside guided movement, visualisation and breathwork experiences. Contributors include UK mental health campaigner & founder
of reasons to stay Ben West, Blue Zones Founder Dan Buettner, NYT bestselling author & relationship expert
Jillian Turecki, clinical psychologist & NYT bestselling author Dr. Julie Smith, leader on emotional intelligence
Dr. Marc Brackett, leading neuroscientist & author Dr. Tara Swart, motivational speaker, certified yoga & pilates instructor & founder of Melissa Wood Health
Melissa Wood-Tepperberg, bestselling author & self-love advocate Vex King and NYT bestselling author & mindfulness expert
Yung Pueblo.

Jared Schoenfeld, Co-Founder & CEO of The Wellness Oasis® shared: “We feel people do not need another event that simply tells them to prioritise their well-being. They need trusted guidance, practical tools, the chance to make meaningful connections,
an environment to be themselves and to feel understood, in an accessible manner.

“Bringing The Wellness Oasis® to London is about creating a space where people can pause, ask honest questions, learn, create new relationships and leave with something they can genuinely use in their everyday lives. London is one of the most dynamic cities
in the world, and it can be fast paced with high demand. We want this event to offer a real reset – not just for one day, but for what comes next in our lives.”

Daria Bukhman, Co-Founder & Chair, Bukhman Philanthropies added “We live in a culture that rewards constant productivity and rarely gives us permission to pause and ask ourselves how we are really doing. The Wellness Oasis® creates that space with
practical tools and honest conversations that people can carry into their everyday lives. I am proud that Bukhman Philanthropies is supporting its London debut, and I hope it reaches people who need it most.”
