This November, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London at The Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch is bringing a taste of America to the capital with a special Thanksgiving menu, inviting Londoners and visitors alike to celebrate the occasion in true Hell’s Kitchen style.

Available exclusively on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday 26th November 2026, the UK’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen will mark the American holiday with a three-course menu priced at £75 per person, bringing together traditional Thanksgiving flavours, seasonal ingredients and some of the restaurant’s signature dishes.

Guests can begin their Thanksgiving feast with a choice of three starters, including yellowtail crudo with yuzu, jalapeño, avocado and crispy shallots, BBQ king prawns served with smoked garlic butter and grilled sourdough, or a comforting roasted Delica pumpkin soup finished with brown butter, sage and toasted pumpkin seeds.

For the main event, Thanksgiving tradition takes centre stage with slow-roasted Norfolk turkey, served with all the trimmings, including sage and onion stuffing, maple-glazed carrots, pigs in blankets, duck fat roasted potatoes, cranberry relish and a rich turkey jus.

Those looking for a Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen favourite can opt for Gordon Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington, served with potato purée, glazed heritage carrots and jus, available for an additional supplement. Plant-based options include a beetroot Wellington with potato purée, glazed beetroots and vegan jus, alongside glazed aubergine fried rice with edamame, beans, spiced cashews and crispy shallots.

No Thanksgiving feast would be complete without dessert, and the menu offers three indulgent ways to round off the celebrations. Guests can choose from a classic bourbon pecan pie with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin cheesecake topped with cinnamon crumble and maple cream, or Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen’s much loved sticky toffee pudding served with toffee sauce and dulce de leche ice cream.

Set within The Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch, the restaurant brings the energy and theatre of Gordon Ramsay’s globally recognised Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen concept to London. With its striking open kitchen, signature red and blue team details and lively atmosphere, the restaurant offers a fitting setting for a Thanksgiving celebration with family and friends.

Whether celebrating the American tradition or simply looking for an excuse to enjoy an indulgent autumn feast, the specially curated menu offers a chance to experience Thanksgiving with a distinctly Hell’s Kitchen twist.
