Governor of the Bank of England to face Economic Affairs Committee questions

At 3pm on Tuesday 29 November the House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee will hold its annual evidence session with Andrew Bailey, Governor of the Bank of England.

The meeting will be held in Committee Room 4A of the House of Lords. It will also be streamed live on Parliament TV.

Topics the committee is likely to cover in this session include:

Quantitative easing and the beginning of quantitative tightening
Liability Driven Investment (LDIs) and systemic financial risks
Inflation
The role of the Bank in driving up investment and growth
