Good things keep coming! Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is shaking things up with the launch of its new hands-on cocktail workshop: the Draught & Craft Cocktail Workshop.
Launching on World Cocktail Day, 13th May, this immersive mixology experience invites guests to shake, stir and sip in an intimate setting, while learning how to incorporate Guinness and a selection of craft beers brewed on-site into a range of inventive cocktails. With recipes featuring exclusive brews unavailable anywhere else, the experience showcases the creativity and distinctiveness of the craft brewery.
Priced at £85 per person, the Guinness Draught & Craft Cocktail Workshop launches on Wednesday 13th May 2026 for World Cocktail Day, and then runs Thursday to Saturday each week thereafter at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London in Covent Garden.
Each 120-minute session accommodates up to 10 guests, whether booked privately or joined by individuals and pairs.
Guests will be welcomed with a classic Black Velvet – the iconic champagne and Guinness serve – before learning to craft a selection of signature cocktails with guidance from Guinness Open Gate Brewery London’s expert experience ambassadors.. The workshop will be spotlighting the following:
Whiskey & IPA Sour – incorporating the tropical fruit flavours and aromas of Guinness Open Gate Brewery London’s IPA
Lagerita – inspired by a margarita, made with the on-site brewed lager, with the option of a chilli or salt-bag seasoning rim.
Espresso Porterini – a twist on the espresso martini, with the addition of the on-site brewed Porter, highlighting chocolatey and caramel notes.
The Guinness Draught & Craft Cocktail Workshop invites guests to explore the brewery’s creativity while discovering how beer can elevate cocktails and be enjoyed in unexpected ways.
