Handball is a universal team sport

0

This sport has been known for a long time, and now there are active and frequent competitions between countries in this sport. What kind of sport this is, I think it’s not worth explaining, since everyone is familiar with it. Handball is like a mixture of several previously invented games, and some rules from some games were simply combined into one system of handball rules. Handball, also known as handball, is perhaps the most harmonious and elegant team sports. It may be inferior to football in the complexity of combinations, hockey or rugby in athleticism, basketball in the speed of play and the number of credit points, volleyball in jump height, etc. Don’t forget that handball betting live is quite popular and it’s a great way to get distracted and earn some money.

But it has all these components and, at the same time, they form a single integral basis of the game. And dexterity, flexibility, strength and accuracy of throws – aren’t they indicators of grace? And what is more interesting: there is no other such sports game that both men and women would play equally successfully, with approximately equal popularity among the audience. Women’s handball is more elegant, men’s is faster and more powerful. One can argue endlessly about which of them is more spectacular. True, handball was born as a women’s sport. Handball is not a power sport. It’s cardio, running and jumping.

OBVIOUS BENEFITS OF HANDBALL

In children, dexterity is trained, and coordination of movements improves. Running with the ball is also useful for those who want to develop their intelligence because it is necessary to correctly predict the course and make a decision in a few seconds, training the cardiovascular system will not gain excess weight. Another possible plus is participation in competitions. For children, trips are very interesting, they broaden their horizons, help them find friends and, in general, make life more interesting. As well as:

  • Uniform development of the muscles of the legs and arms;
  • Strengthening the cardiovascular system and lungs;
  • The child develops the skills of purposefulness, diligence and endurance.

THE CONS ARE STILL PRESENT

Classes at the handball school risk bringing health problems to children. Often players injure their fingers, get a concussion and stretch the ligaments of the knee joint. The latter type of fatigue damage may not be noticeable, but over time it risks leading to complex injuries, which makes adults have high-quality children’s handball knee pads in stock. Their orthopedic design provides protective elements, thanks to which the child is not afraid of any falls. It is also worth refusing to practice handball in such cases:

  1. The baby has vision problems;
  2. There is shortness of breath and pathology of the respiratory organs;
  3. There are malfunctions in the work of the heart;
  4. There were complaints of stiffness in the joints.
