To celebrate 10 years of sharing Jimi Hendrix’s London story at Handel Hendrix House, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, Electric Church returns to St Pancras Old Church at 7.30pm with Jimi Sessions alumni and House favourite Marcus Machado headlining in the atmospheric surroundings. Tickets cost £30 and please note that St Pancras Old Church is a strictly 18+ venue.

It was Hendrix’s vision that that he believed that electric music should stir deep emotions, inspire creativity and bring people together in a powerful, almost spiritual way. This special concert celebrates that idea, bringing Hendrix’s vision to life through an evening of extraordinary live performance.

Marcus Machado is a guitar prodigy who has taken the music industry by storm. He has been recognized as the Best Next Young Gun by Rolling Stone magazine and has been praised by Guitar World Magazine for pushing the boundaries of rock, funk, and soul guitar.
Omar Ríos Meléndez will be the opener for Marcus and is a Baroque & Roll favourite at Handel Hendrix House. He is a Nicaraguan guitarist, composer and music educator based in London. Playing guitar since the age of 11, he has developed a distinctive style that draws on flamenco, Latin American folk, classical guitar, jazz fusion, rock and blues, creating performances that are both technically accomplished and deeply expressive. Over the course of his career, Omar has performed internationally, appearing on stages across Europe and the Americas, including Spain, Germany, Russia, the United States and the UK. His dynamic playing and rich blend of musical influences make him a compelling live performer, bringing energy, virtuosity and emotion to every performance.
