Hot on the heels of Halloween, Hereford Films, the indie outfit behind this year’s kirlian photography chiller Aura (aka The Exorcism of Karen Walker), has given a first glimpse at stills from their upcoming supernatural horror PENTAGRAM, which is set for release in 2019.

Written and directed by Steve Lawson (Aura) and based on an idea by Matthew McGuchan , PENTAGRAM draws its inspiration from Hammer’s beloved Dennis Wheatley adaptations The Devil Rides Out and To The Devil… A Daughter, as four young people find themselves trapped within a mystic chalk pentagram at an abandoned house in the middle of the night. As well as being a prison for the group, the pentagram is their only protection from a demonic entity that stalks from the shadows.

With a strong cast of young talent including Chloe Farnworth (Sinbad and the War of the Furies), Alexis Rodney (Guardians of the Galaxy), Charlie Woodward (grandson of The Wicker Man star Edward Woodward), Rachel Warren (The Snare), Jessica Arteton and Emily Price, the film also features veteran actors Michael McKell (Allied) and Nicholas Ball (Lifeforce).
