Landing in a variety of stockists from 21st April 2021, with prices starting from £3*, there’s something for everyone looking to spruce up their lunch or suppertime with a quick and delicious alternative to a meat dish, with a signature Higgidy twist.
Straight from the Higgidy Kitchen and into your fridge, these launches include brand new flavours as well as seasonal recipes making a welcome return. They will all be joining Higgidy’s extensive range of vegetarian and vegan recipes with each one aiming to add a touch of joy to your meals and provide a delightful way to add some glorious veggies to your diet.
Including muffins, quiches and pies, Higgidy is launching two brand new veggie products to celebrate National Vegetarian Week this year:
SunBlush Tomato and Cheddar Mini Muffins
Savoury bitesize muffins made with free range egg, mature Cheddar cheese and slow-roasted SunBlush tomatoes, with grated carrot and a sweet potato puree.
Mediterraean Pepper and Feta Quiche with Roasted Tomato
Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, SunBlush red pepper and basil, in a free range egg filling, hand-topped with roasted red and yellow peppers and Greek feta.

Pea, Ricotta and Lemon Quiche with Feta and Mint
Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with peas, creamy ricotta and lemon, a touch of mint and a free range egg filling, hand-topped with feta and a sprinkle of crispy kale and red bell pepper flakes.
Spring Garden Vegetable Pie with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with broccoli, broad beans, spinach and courgettes cooked in a creamy pea purée sauce, hand-topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and a ciabatta and pumpkin seed crumb.
