Fleurets are pleased to announce the recent sale of the leasehold interest in the Elephants Head, Camden.

Believed to date back to 1832, the iconic pub is located in the heart of Camden, on the main pedestrian throughfare from Camden Town underground station.

Fleurets acted on behalf of the seller, Ann Monaghan, who has owned the pub for past 42 years. “It has been a fantastic time running the pub, not just on a business level but also a personal one,” said Ann.

Andy Frisby Director & Head of Central London Agency commented; “The Elephants Head is a remarkable pub, and it was no surprise that there was a huge amount of interest in the property when we brought it to market.
“We had a number of viewings and there were a number of serious offers, so it is no surprise that the pub was only on the market for a short amount of time.

“I wish Ann and her family the very best for their next chapter.”
