K10 Group CEO Kam Babaee, his partner Ana Totoc and son Kian Babaee have opened the family home in Mayfair, and Culross House, K10 Group’s £30 million mansion off Park Lane, to star in a new Channel 5 TV-series called Sally Lindsay’s Poshest Sleepover, with the series created by Chatterbox, the BAFTA winning production company founded by Nav Raman and Alison Quirk.

The new Channel 5 TV series starts on Saturday 6th February at 7pm, with each hour-long programme featuring Sally Lindsay paying a visit and sleeping over in some of the poshest and most expensive homes in Britain.

The first programme on Saturday 6th February 2021 stars K10 Group CEO Kam Babaee and his magnificent Mayfair homes, with follow up programmes featuring Peter and his family who live in a beautiful home in the Surrey Hills and another starring the Honourable Alexander Clifford and his palatial stately home, Ugbrooke House in Chudleigh, Devon.

Sally Lindsay, the actress and TV presenter known for her roles in Cold Call, Mount Pleasant and Still Open All Hours presents each of the three programmes. The first programme on 6th February begins with Sally being chauffeur driven in a Bentley through Mayfair to meet with Kam Babaee, his partner Ana and his son Kian at the family home, a Grade II listed townhouse in Mayfair.

Originally built in 1780, the three storey Georgian townhouse was refurbished to designs by Wolff Architects to provide a luxurious 8,700 sqft residence including elegant entrance hall, main staircase, three reception rooms, study, family kitchen, passenger lift, basement swimming pool and spa complex and five VIP bedroom suites.

Kam Babaee gives Sally a tour of the family house, introduces her to his family, and provides her with an overview of his life. Then Kam and Sally set off for Culross House where Sally is staying and sleeping overnight as a guest of Kam and his family.

Located on Culross Street in Mayfair, directly adjacent to Hyde Park and Park Lane, Culross House, is a magnificent £30 million newly built townhouse-mansion which consists of the transformation of the site of the Coach House of the Earls of Essex, into a new 8,051 sq.ft (747.99 sqn.) five bedroom ambassadorial house, complete with cinema/club room, swimming pool, spa complex and private rear garden.

In the TV programme Kam shows Sally around the house and points out features such as the glass lift, Hermes bedroom suite and marble entrance hall. The specification, interior design and dressing for Culross House has been created by K10 Group working closely with K10 Group’s leading international interior design team. K10 Group have designed the interiors of Culross House to be a celebration of the ‘Best of British’ classic design, with key rooms inspired by famous five-star hotels and VIP venues from around the world.

Then Kam and Ana take Sally around the shops and cafes Mayfair before going back to the family home in Mayfair where Sally attends a dinner party, with delicious Persian food prepared by Kam and Ana, and Sally is introduced to some of Kam and Ana’s close friends. After a morning swim in the pool at Culross House Sally has a gym session in Hyde Park with Ana.

Later this year, K10 Group is due to launch a £75 million mansion in the heart of Knightsbridge, Amberwood House. Formerly the London home of Dame Margot Fonteyn and her husband Panamanian Ambassador Roberto Emilio Arias, Amberwood House, originally built in 1928, has been transformed by K10 Group into a 15,300 sqft private mansion, hidden behind walled landscaped gardens and accessed via a private gated driveway: the only mansion in Knightsbridge with a long private driveway.

Features will include a double height entrance hall with feature chandelier, grand staircase built in Portland stone, a main reception room with French doors opening onto the garden, a club room with a cinema and cocktail bar and a luxurious health spa complex with a gymnasium and a swimming pool room clad in Travertine marble with 14 metre pool, feature waterfalls and coffered ceiling.

Kam Babaee, Founder & CEO of K10 Group says: “We agreed to work with Chatterbox, because they are a BAFTA winning production company and we established a good rapport with co-Founder Alison Quirk and her talented production team. K10 Group design and build some of the most outstanding mansions in Central London but we felt that by collaborating with a TV-series we could bring our brand to a wider audience. Alongside showcasing Culross House the TV series gave us an opportunity to provide viewers with an insight into the family behind the brand alongside a view of the lifestyle provided by the shops and cafes of Mayfair. I am very aware that my family enjoy a privileged lifestyle but my hope is that viewers get to see how grounded and straightforward we are, and how important the love and support of my family is to me and the success of K10 Group.”
