Rising rapper, producer and performer Jairic is set to bring his distinctive blend of raw hip-hop, cinematic production and high-impact live performance to audiences across Europe, joined by Brazilian DJ and producer Huana Paula. Jairic will also appear alongside legendary Brooklyn MC AZ during the European dates, coinciding with celebrations around the 30th anniversary of AZ’s seminal solo debut, Doe or Die.

The dates will span Cologne, Paris, Haarlem, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, London, and Stockholm this September. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and now based in Cannes, France, Jairic has developed an increasingly international profile spanning France, Italy, Prague and the United States, with millions of streams across platforms. His European tour dates mark a significant new chapter for an artist whose career has increasingly moved between music, film, fashion and international live performance. The pairing brings together two generations of hip-hop with a shared emphasis on lyricism, storytelling and authenticity.

Influenced by artists like Nas and Eminem, Jairic’s creative world extends far beyond music. His inspiration comes from his family, global travel, different cultures, film, art and the countless experiences that come with moving between places and creative disciplines. All of these influences shape a sound that combines personal storytelling with dynamic production. That same sense of creativity carries into his live performances, where theatricality, energy and intensity come to the forefront.

That approach has already taken him far beyond conventional rap venues. Jairic has performed exclusive sets at Château Les Alouettes in Cannes and Villa Balbiano on Lake Como, as well as making a featured live appearance at the Paris premiere of the short film Azur. His work has increasingly attracted attention across the intersection of music, film and fashion, with cinematic visuals that combine modern luxury with underground grit.

Jairic’s 2025 EP, n=40, showcased the breadth of that artistic vision through tracks including “Don’t Let Me Put A Track On You,” “Young, Old, Short & Tall” and “Still AF Gospel.” The project was followed by a series of increasingly ambitious collaborations.

French electronic duo Krono subsequently remixed “Don’t Let Me Put A Track On You,” before Australian dance duo NERVO delivered an official high-energy techno remix. NERVO took the track to the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 Mainstage, performing it before an estimated 40,000 festivalgoers, with the performance reaching a global livestream audience and providing one of the track’s biggest moments to date. Entirely self-written, self-produced and self-performed, Jairic’s music reflects an artist building his career independently while moving comfortably between genres, territories and creative disciplines.

AZ emerged from Brooklyn’s golden-era rap scene, first gaining international recognition through his unforgettable appearance on Nas’ landmark 1994 album Illmatic, contributing the celebrated verse and hook to “Life’s a Bitch.” His 1995 solo debut “Doe or Die” followed, featuring the gold-certified single “Sugar Hill,” while his subsequent work with The Firm saw The Album reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Across a career spanning more than three decades, AZ has established himself as one of hip-hop’s most respected lyricists.

Currently based between France and Morocco, Huana Paula sets blend percussive rhythms, ethnic elements and melodic atmospheres, creating performances that are both sophisticated and intensely energetic. She has established an international presence through sets that combine elegance, personality and a willingness to push beyond conventional electronic music boundaries.

The European tour offers audiences the opportunity to experience one of hip-hop’s enduring lyrical voices alongside one of its emerging international talents, with Jairic bringing a contemporary, cinematic perspective to a lineage rooted in the golden era of rap.
