A new Channel 4 homes show – ‘Best Laid Plans’ – is due to feature a prestigious new build home in Theydon Bois, designed by Loughton based Clear Architects on 2 December.
The programme is hosted by one of TV’s favourite architectural designers, Charlie Luxton, along with property developer Sophie Morgan, who help homeowners undertaking large-scale renovations to resolve their design dilemmas. Essex based property 40 Hill Road in Theydon Bois is used in the trailer for each episode and will feature in Episode 8, to be aired on 2 December at 4.30pm.
This marks the second Channel 4 programme to include Clear Architects work this year, with another project Forest View featuring in ‘Ugley House to Lovely House’ which is currently airing on Thursdays at 8pm.
