If you need support with your mental health, West London NHS Trust is urging you to ring its mental health helpline on Freephone 0800 328 4444. The helpline is open 24/7 all year round, with clinicians and mental health advisors ready to help you find the right care.
Sarah Rexon, Service Manager for the Trust helpline, says: “We are here to help you find the right care and support for your mental health. Clinicians and trained mental health advisors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to give you the support you need.”
The helpline helps around 70,000 people a year across West London.
Research shows that the Covid-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on people’s mental health; with more people experiencing anxiety, stress, sleep problems and low mood.
A national campaign – Every Mind Matters – launches today: “When things aren’t so good out there, make inside feel better.”
