TOCA Social, the UK’s first social entertainment venue with a football twist, has hit the back of the net once again with a match-winning menu, designed by Michelin-star trained chef Ross Clarke.

Having learned his craft in established kitchens such as the Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen and worked creatively to launch other London restaurants like Dirty Bones, Senor Ceviche, and Island Poké, Ross has taken his years of knowledge and creativity and poured it into the food and drinks menu at TOCA Social.

Speaking about the food and drinks menu, Ross Clarke Director of Food and Beverage at TOCA Social, said: “Food and drink is at the heart of the experience here at TOCA Social. The menu has been carefully created to bring together tastes from around the world and offer our guests new takes on classics as well as dishes that they’ve never experienced or tasted before.

“Our drinks menu sits perfectly alongside the food and there is something for everyone, whether you’re a lover of cocktails, the more classic drinks or mocktails. All this is then finished off with our dessert room Sweet Finish that we’re confident will be a fan favourite for those with a sweet tooth.

“Guests will also be able to enjoy a world-class food menu brimming with creative and unexpected dishes that have been inspired by modern Americana with twists from around the world, including Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl.”

Pre-match food menu
With an array of dishes to choose from, TOCA Social is ideal for dining in big or small groups and caters to every taste bud while offering new taste sensations to enjoy.

A fan favourite is the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. This unique dish contains buttermilk brined boned out chicken thigh, coated in a house spiced flour before being fried. The thigh is then dipped in a spicy butter bucket then left to drain before being topped with pickles and American cheese. To finish, the dish is served in a brioche bun with kewpie mayo and lettuce.

Hitting the spot are TOCA Social’s Crispy Chicken Wings coated in Alabama white sauce (mayonnaise, pickle juice and Aleppo pepper) topped with a spice blend (sesame seeds, Aleppo pepper and monster munch, yes monster munch)!

Guests can also enjoy the bite-sized delights on the menu that are perfect for sharing including Cheeseburger Croquettes filled with cheeseburgers, pickle relish and cheese whip; TOCA Fried pickles with pickled gherkins coated in a Beavertown IPA batter served with Green Tabasco and the Smoked Tofu coated in seaweed tempura served with a fragrant miso-mayonnaise.

Lovers of seafood will adore the Salt and Pepper Squid, coated in salt and pepper crumb, doused delicately in Indonesian Ket Jap sauce served with a burnt lime to pull together the array of flavours. Salmon Tostada should also be on the team sheet with fresh sashimi grade salmon lightly dressed in a Peruvian style tigers milk (lime juice, ginger, chilli, onion, herbs) to slightly cure.

TOCA Social’s sensational food menu has something to offer for all taste buds, including its Nashville Hot Chicken. This fan favourite dish contains buttermilk brined boned out chicken thigh, served in a delicious brioche bun with pickles, American cheese, kewpie mayo and lettuce.
