Middleton Advisors’ London team has expanded again, having recruited two new experienced property advisors – Tom Parsons on the sales team and Oliver Sanhaji as a buying advisor.

Tom Parsons has joined the prime London sales department. Previously having worked for Strutt&Parker, one of the UK’s largest agents, Tom has over seven years’ experience and brings an extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the PCL market.

Middleton Advisors’ Head of London Sales, James Moran: “Activity in the sales market has been both resilient and encouraging at a time when the economic and geo-political climate has seen fundamental changes. The demand for our services is higher than ever, and making these strategic hires means we meet the need for unmatched quality advice.”

Tom Parsons: “It’s important to be able to stand out from the crowd in London. I’m proud to have successfully managed relationships on both sides of property transactions, by building a strong rapport with clients. I am very much looking forward to being part of the Middleton team”.

The London buying team has recruited Oliver Sanhaji as an advisor. Oliver started his property career in East Dulwich before moving to lead a team at an independent agency in Shad Thames, with a focus on selling waterfront warehouse conversions by Tower Bridge.

Oliver Sanhaji: “There is a strong team culture at Middleton with support across the entire company. My particular interest is in the micro-markets that make up the city as well as the ever-changing nature of the London property market.”

Head of London Buying, Ashley Wilsdon: “London’s more domestic markets such as Islington and Fulham have become increasingly competitive due to a shortage of quality homes and high levels of demand. As a result, the need for our services is growing year on year outside of the traditional PCL postcodes. Over the past 18 months, we have acquired more than £20m worth of property in Islington alone on an off-market basis.
With the increase in client requirements, along with an expanding geographical outreach, we are delighted to welcome Oliver to the team. He brings a wealth of experience from his time working in the South and East regions of London. His style and approach complement perfectly the Middleton ethos of establishing strong client relationships and delivering an unparalleled level of service”.
