The first homes have been unveiled with prices starting at £1,595,000 at our new development in Ealing, London, with an official launch event.

London and Manchester-based real estate investment house, The Blackmore Group has partnered with multi award-winning residential developer, Lusso Homes on the site which will bring eight luxury four-bedroom, three-bathroom mews homes to the picturesque suburb of Ealing. The homes will be the 1st project the two firms have partnered on, with 2 other projects already under way and plans in place to develop a further eight sites together over the next 36 months.

Ricky Poonia, group director and head of real estate at The Blackmore Group, said:

“With its easy access to London, good transport links, attractive green spaces and thriving restaurants and bars, Ealing is an ideal location for commuters and professionals that want to have the best of both worlds.

“This really does set the tone for our latest project with Lusso Homes, which is why The Park offers high quality, contemporary homes, without sacrificing on practicality or location. Homeowners will have easy and convenient access to local bars and restaurants, as well as being able to capitalise on nearby underground and mainline train services.”

Neil Jones, director at Lusso Homes, said:

“We’re really excited and proud of this project. The houses have been designed to fit into their immediate surroundings and the immediate feedback received from buyers and neighbours alike is that we’ve achieved this goal perfectly.

“Ealing is such a green borough and with the Cross Rail coming on line next year it’s no surprise there’s so much demand for the W5 post code.”

The show home at The Park was designed by New i.d Interiors using their Designer Collection featuring Kelly Hoppen London furniture and accessories, offering a luxurious finish to reflect the high spec of this development. A core collection of this exclusive designer furniture, worth up to £25,000, is available to purchase directly from New i.d.

Zoe Hartridge, Director of design at New i.d Interiors said:

“With this development, the goal was to create a modern, luxe, aspirational property that would appeal to families and also city professionals who can benefit from the easy commute. With a sophisticated palette of soft neutrals paired with matte black, and featuring pieces of furniture and accessories from Kelly Hoppen London, the interiors have a classic yet contemporary feel that will stand the test of time.”

The homes at The Park, will be finished to their renowned high standards and feature contemporary fitted kitchens and bathrooms, underfloor heating, private gardens, an allocated parking space, and are available for £1,595,000 to £1,895,000.

Following a launch event held last week, the show home is now open on-site, with homes due for completion by Christmas.
