TRAMPOLINE is London’s new hotspot for outstanding coffee. As you walk in and admire its colourful, eye-catching aesthetics, you will soon find that the café offers so much more than top notch beverages. Located in the quaint Camden Passage in Angel, TRAMPOLINE is a social enterprise that will be providing work to refugees to help them bounce back and give them the opportunity to use their skills.

Entering the workforce is often a very challenging step for refugees, and TRAMPOLINE wants to facilitate this vital leap into society. The café connects with refugees through a partnership with Groundwork London and Hotel School, where future team members undertake a comprehensive hospitality training programme.

Founder Pranav Chopra’s vision is of a meeting point where different people come together and no one is left behind. He sees TRAMPOLINE as a relaxed place with an open door where coffee, smiles and conversations can flow freely and everyone feels at home.

Coffee expert Antonio Orria will be heading up TRAMPOLINE’s drinks offer and, as well as selecting the coffees, he’ll be concocting stand-out seasonal drinks set to make headlines! (His drink creations, such as the luscious Mocha Crème, have previously been featured in the press). Redemption Roasters, the UK’s first prison-based coffee company, will be served as the house espresso alongside exciting seasonal coffees from a series of guest roasteries. You can therefore be assured that you’ll always be enjoying the best coffee around.

The food offer features a carefully crafted selection of wholesome items freshly prepared onsite. The menu was created organically by the team through creative sessions led by head chef Nafar. Each team member brings their culinary knowledge to the table by sharing recipes and ingredients from their personal background. The result is a menu that combines tantalising flavours from around the world. From an Iraqi-inspired date syrup yogurt bowl to Ethiopian lentil soup or delicious Colombian pan de bono (cheese dough balls), you will have the opportunity to savour delights from all over the globe. There will also be a special selection of freshly baked cakes to be enjoyed throughout the day.

TRAMPOLINE will be working with other emerging social enterprise food businesses to give them a jumping off platform for further success. The goal is to support and collaborate with people and brands that are independent, have the same values and produce quality goods.

TRAMPOLINE is also committed to sustainability, recycling, the promotion of reusable items and the reduction of waste.

TRAMPOLINE will be a creative hub where everyone is welcome and anything is possible. From the multicultural menu to the diverse team and fun events set to be held here, every detail epitomises London’s exciting mix of creative possibilities. Opening on 1 February 2022 at 27 Camden Passage N1 8EA. To find out more about TRAMPOLINE visit www.trampolinecafe.com and follow them on Instagram at @trampoline.uk.
