BOXPARK Croydon welcomes a new, vegan-friendly Indonesian kitchen ‘Enak’ (translated ‘tasty’ in Indonesian) this Veganuary. Enak offers traditional Indonesian street food dishes with impactful and colourful flavours including its signature Aubergine & Tempeh Curry and Jackfruit Curry, complemented by other small bites such as Vegetable Fritters and Cassava Fries.Head to Unit 27 to give Enak a try – open until 31st January.

Japanese-Latin fusion street food concept Sugoi JPN is launching a new style poke bowl this Veganuary, feature Korokke (Japanese pumpkin croquette), mixed cabbage, edamame, avocado, lamb’s lettuce, mango, beni shoji (pickled ginger), sesame seeds and sweet soy glazed sauce.
Mao Chow
Plant-based Chinese food pop-up Mao Chow boasts intricate vegan dishes, each with their own tale to tell. Expect spicy Dan Dan Noodles, Dumplings in Chilli Oil and spicy + tingly Chongqing Cauliflower. Or try its Kung Pao Chicken, Prawn Toast, or sweet fluffy Char Siu Bao.

Known for its meat-based meals, MEATliquor is going plant-based for Veganuary with a range of dishes including its ‘Burgaloo’ – Roast potato & white onion patty, pickled pink onions, lime pickle, soy yoghurt, red chillies, sev jini.
