Oxford Business College set to host Indo-European Indian Language & Literature Festival in London

Oxford Business College has today announced it will host the Indo-European Hindi Festival, scheduled to be held in London from 13th to 15th October 2023.

The festival will bring together renowned linguists, educators, authors, and volunteers from the Indo-European community to foster interaction, knowledge sharing, and learning in a multi-cultural environment.
Participants from various countries such as Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Bulgaria, Romania, Holland, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, as well as India, are expected to attend.

Additionally, the festival has received full support from various international organisations including Anatarrashtreeya Sahoyog Parishad India, Indra Prastha College Delhi, Kriti UK Birmingham, Kaavya Rang Nottingham, and others.

Dr Padmesh Gupta – Director of Oxford Business College and Indo-European Hindi Festival – recently led a delegation of some of the most recognised and influential Hindi authors and academics which included Astha Deo, Shanno Agarwal, Shashi Walia, Anuradha Sabharwal, Tithi Dani, and Richa Jain to meet with Mr. Deepak Chaudhary, the Minister of Coordination at the High Commission for India in London, at the India House to extend the invitation to the festival.

Mr. Chaudhary assured full support to the festival and acknowledged the significant efforts of Vatayan UK and UK Hindi Samiti in promoting Hindi language and literature in the UK for decades.
