Pasta Evangelists, the much-loved fresh pasta brand, is set to open the doors to its newest restaurant in Chelsea on 18th May. Marking the brand’s latest London opening, the site introduces a more elevated, design-led dining experience tailored to its stylish West London setting.
Located on Fulham Road in the heart of Chelsea, the restaurant will seat 56 guests indoors, complemented by outdoor seating for al fresco dining throughout the warmer months. Reflecting the area’s high-fashion allure, the interiors take inspiration from Milan’s refined aesthetic, pairing contemporary elegance with warm Italian hospitality to create a space that feels both indulgent and inviting.
The menu remains a celebration of Italy’s rich and diverse regional pasta traditions, an approach that has defined Pasta Evangelists since its inception. Guests can expect signature favourites including the cult Carbonara of Dreams, indulgent Lobster and Prawn Ravioli, as well as the decadent Truffle Cacio e Pepe and rich Ragù alla Bolognese.
The new Chelsea outpost also introduces an expansive Italian wine list alongside a curated selection of cocktails, providing a more premium drinks offering designed to complement both the menu and the neighbourhood.
From June, the restaurant will also host Pasta Evangelists’ signature pasta-making experiences. These hands-on classes invite guests to master the art of pasta fatta a mano in a relaxed, sociable setting, complete with bottomless Prosecco. A range of themed sessions will be available, including regional specials such as Taste of Rome and Taste of Tuscany, alongside Italian wine tastings and tiramisu-making workshops.
