QVC UK has today announced the launch of its brand new, in-house Social Commerce Studios, located within its Chiswick Park headquarters in West London.

The launch follows a highly successful period of digital expansion for the retailer. Since launching on TikTok Shop in March 2025, the business has delivered more than 185 Lives, 7 Mega Lives and attracted over 30,000 new shoppers.

The new space moves beyond traditional television broadcast setups, offering an agile environment built explicitly for the creator economy. It will serve as a key building block in QVC UK’s social commerce growth strategy and form part of its mission to connect with consumers, wherever they are. Over 80% of QVC UK’s TikTok Shop audience is female and over 35 years old, while the male segment continues to grow as the business expands its home improvement and garden category, among others.

The studios feature a striking glass-front, allowing passersby on the leafy Business Park, to watch QVC’s creators stream live in real time, blurring the lines between physical retail, traditional broadcasting, and digital commerce.

When QVC launched in the UK in October 1993, it sparked a retail revolution that changed consumer habits decades before the internet took over. With further commercial growth planned across other social platforms later this year, QVC UK continues to cement its status as the ultimate destination for commerce.

Audiences can watch live via the QVC UK TikTok Shop from 8th June to experience the new studios in action during Super Brand Day (7th – 13th June).

Koreen Fader, CEO at QVC UK, said: “We’re excited to be launching our new Social Commerce Studios, which will play an important part of reaching new audiences and driving awareness of our brand. Following a hugely successful TikTok Shop pilot in 2025, Social Commerce is a key part of our ongoing growth. We are combining our deep heritage in trust based storytelling and live shopping with a highly dynamic digital environment, ensuring QVC remains at the forefront of retail innovation.”

Robyn Cooke, Director of Social Commerce at QVC UK, said: “Our social commerce offer blends QVC’s 30-year legacy of trusted, live storytelling with the raw, authentic energy of the creator economy. It’s an incredibly exciting step, forming part of our mission to meet customers wherever they are.”
