The RSPCA is appealing for information after a man was videoed kicking a dog on a North London street.

A member of the public witnessed the incident on Hazelville Road and reported it to the animal charity.

The incident happened at 4.10pm on Sunday 26 March.

RSPCA animal rescue officer Nicola Thomas, who is looking into the incident, said: “This is a very upsetting incident and we are concerned for the dog’s welfare.

“We’re hoping that by releasing this footage, someone will come forward with information so we can check on the dog.

“It is absolutely wrong to treat an animal like this and the dog is clearly scared.

“Anyone with information should contact us in complete confidence on 0300 123 8018.”
