London’s favourite cocktail hotspot, Slug & Lettuce County Hall, is back and better than ever, following an exciting six-figure investment.
Located just steps from the River Thames, this iconic bar has always been a go-to for fun nights out in Central London. With its new look, it’s set to attract even more cocktail lovers, offering the perfect blend of fab vibes, stylish décor and mouth-watering cocktails.
This vibrant transformation reflects Stonegate Group’s commitment to investing wisely in its venues, including the popular Slug & Lettuce chain, with each detail crafted to enhance the cocktail experience while maintaining the bar’s signature playful charm.

Just a short walk from the London Eye, the venue closed at the start of the month to undergo a significant refurbishment, opening with a new-look and feel on Friday.
The revitalised venue is now set to become one of the most ‘instagrammable’ venues in London with pendant lights, wall lights, LED strip lighting and colour changing strips combining to create a feeling of ambience found only at Slug & Lettuce County Hall.
Furthermore, the entrance area will benefit from the inclusion of a stunning suspended raft with trailing foliage, while new wallpaper and upgraded booth seating will further enhance guests’ ability to drink cocktails in comfort.
The basement bar servery has been transformed. New additions such as the breathtaking feature mural graphic above the bar, and special gold reeded panels illuminated by concealed LED lighting are set to wow guests when the new-look venue reopens on Friday.
A highlight of County Hall’s offerings is its bottomless brunch, featuring a menu of delicious bites and unlimited drinks. The experience combines socialising and indulgence, making it the perfect way to start the day with a group of friends.
Guests can enjoy the massively popular 2-for-1 cocktails deal during weekdays from 4-6pm, with favourites from Espresso Martinis to Aperol Spritz available at a discounted price.
Those not drinking alcohol will be able to choose from an extensive range of no and low alcohol options, ensuring everyone is accommodated to.
