Get ready for revelry: Between The Bridges is kicking off its 2024 season from Thursday 2nd May! Offering a 360 experience with the best street food, drink, and eclectic events London has to offer, it’s time to dress to the nines and head down to South Bank for a good time…
Overlooking the Thames and boasting an eclectic programme of drag shows, DJs, live performances and themed club nights, the Between The Bridges calendar is brimming with big tunes and crowd pleasing performances.
Alongside the unique events calendar, the ultimate line up of residencies goes live Thursday – Sunday every week. Kicking things off, join Flexin’ every single Thursday in the Dock for an Afterwork session filled with throwback R&B, Hip Hop and Garage bangers guaranteed to get you on the Dock dance floor.
Dock Disco hosts a night of classic house, disco anthems and dance pop bangers for guaranteed feel-good Fridays, before the UK’s biggest and best pop night returns to the Dock every single Saturday with Sean Rowley and friends. Established in 2004, Guilty Pleasures have been shamelessly throwing the biggest pop nights for the past 20 years. Expect the best, unexpected pop classics and R&B bangers from the 90s to the 00s. Absolutely huge scenes every week!
The Sunday roster offers We Are The Sunset, the balearic gathering headed up by the legendary Andy Taylor. Running for over nine years, WATS is back with guest DJs spinning a mix of Balearic beat, boogie, afro, cosmic and oddball disco each afternoon session. Guests include Matt Tims (12th May), Baz & Nova (26th May), David Freeland(9th June), Dave Jarvis (23rd June), Freakout Collective (7th July), and Linda & Pierce (28th July).

Residency events are free entry to all, complemented by a ticketed programme of fabulously unique shows. On Friday 3rd May it’s non-stop noughties all night long with the tweed-clad, 10-piece brass powerhouse, Old Dirty Brasstards 00s Indie Set, delivering renditions of all those classic 00s hits like you’ve never heard them before.
Saturday May 4th (AM) will see the launch of Between the Bridges’ ever popular Drag Brunches. Featuring the biggest stars from UK and US Drag Race, expect Bottomless Prosecco, fave drag tunes, Lip Sync challenges and party bangerz till you death drop all hosted by resident QUEEN Miss Leigh Ding. The inimitable Baga Chipz will be kicking off this years series in her own exuberant style – Shantay you will stay!
Also on Saturday 4th May (PM) get ready for non-stop party vibes as Glitterfest’s top-notch DJs play the very best in R&B, Hip Hop & Garage. All this plus spectacular dancers, performers, crazy circus acts, confetti cannons and more.
Sunday 5th May see’s TEDFEST, the iconic Irish festival, celebrating everything that is Father Ted, coming to London for one day only. Come and live the Craggy Island dream by taking part in Ted’s Got talent (no actual talent required) the Lovely Girls (lovely bottoms required) live the thrills of Human Buckaroo and dance the night away at the Italia ’90 Disco.
On Sunday 19th May, Daydream Disco, a transformative collective founded by Nathan Simpson, brings together a diverse range of sounds, blending old and new, familiar and experimental. With a keen ear and unmatched selections, Daydream Disco always bring the party to life.
Friday 24th May is time for Barrioke. Come join the icon that is Barry from EastEnders live on stage for a night of Karaoke and DJs with some of London’s finest street food & drinks!
Sunday 26th May is the end of the world as we know it as Swiftageddon rolls into town. The club night dedicated to worshipping at the altar of Taylor Swift is returning to Between the Bridges for a very special 7 hour-long Bank Holiday Sunday show! Expect 420 glorious minutes of non-stop Swifty: deep cuts, extended mixes, fan favourites and all the hits…
Between the Bridges will also be showing the Euros 2024 on the big screen to cheer England to glory – with great beer on tap of course! Meanwhile, throughout the year incredible street food options will include some of the most talked about London traders; Bang Bang Burger, Bait, Krapow, Lil’Watan, Meat Head, La Cocinita, and more.
