SushiDog, the grab-and-go sushi concept redefining fast sushi across London and Birmingham, officially opens at Boxpark Camden on Saturday 8 August 2026, bringing its fresh, fast, fully customisable menu to one of London’s most iconic street food destinations. As the brand’s 16th UK location, the new opening marks another milestone in SushiDog’s expansion.
To celebrate the launch, the first 100 customers through the door from 12pm will receive a FREE Signature SushiDog, Sushi Bowl or Sushi Salad. After that, guests can enjoy 50% off one main item plus sides and drinks until Sunday 9 August, making opening weekend the perfect opportunity to discover SushiDog. *T&Cs apply.
Located inside Boxpark Camden, the new 42-seat venue brings SushiDog’s bold, playful design to the heart of Camden’s vibrant food and social scene. Every dish is made fresh to order, with endless customisation options — from premium proteins and colourful vegetables to house-made sauces — offering a fun, feel-good way to enjoy sushi on the go.

Founded in 2018 by Greg Ilsen and Nick Goldstein, SushiDog was created to make fresh, high-quality sushi as quick and convenient as grabbing a coffee. Since then, the brand has grown to 16 locations across London and Birmingham, serving customers through dine-in, takeaway, delivery and catering, with further UK expansion planned.
