THE MALL, WOOD GREEN CELEBRATES CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARD

Representatives from The Mall, Wood Green joined colleagues from Capital & Regional in scooping the Top Scoring Owner Award at the 2019 Revo Achievement in Customer Excellence Awards (ACE) on Thursday 4 April.

The Revo ACE Awards celebrate and recognise retail excellence and first-class customer service. Continually benchmarking best practice throughout the industry, the awards are influential in driving up customer experience standards across the UK.

As well as shopping centre owners, representatives from other retail venues such as leisure destinations, outlets, retail parks and transport hubs joined together for a glittering awards ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Capital & Regional fought off stiff competition to take the Top Scoring Owner Award. Samantha Davidson, General Manager for The Mall, Wood Green, was thrilled that the organisation has received such a prestigious award: “Here at The Mall, Wood Green, we are passionate about creating a first-class customer experience and I know that this is reflected throughout the entire Capital & Regional family. I am absolutely delighted that we have won this award and feel sure that it will motivate the entire team to continue delivering the highest levels of customer service.”

The award will soon be heading out on a UK tour of all seven shopping centres, including The Mall, Wood Green.
