THE NORTH FACE CLIMB FESTIVAL LONDON ELITE CLIMBERS GO HEAD-TO-HEAD AT THE CAPITAL’S ROYAL DOCKS

This summer, celebrate the return of the sell-out phenomenon, The North Face Climb Festival. A true celebration of climbing at its best. Watch some of the world’s top climbers go head-to-head in Deep Water Solo climbing, taking on a 14-metre-high wall, with only the water of London’s Royal Docks to break their fall.

Previously helming in East London’s Canary Wharf in 2024, The North Face made a stamp in London history, with nearly 15,000 guests over one weekend. Due to overwhelming demand, the festival is relocating to a bigger location, bringing the best of climbing together with a true festival vibe and an unbeatable music line up.

Since its inception, The North Face Climb Festival has become a worldwide movement of bridging cultures and uniting all kinds of explorers. Previously taking over a host of cities worldwide, ranging from New York, Shanghai, and San Francisco, the event offers elite climbers the ultimate opportunity to test their skills and inspire others experience the dynamic world of climbing.

The festival will feature workshops from professional athletes, including The North Face climbers Molly Thompson-Smith, Fay Manners and Siebe Vanhee. With inspirational talks from big wall climbers at the resident Base Camp, a clothing repair space, an immersive retail experience and a live dyno competition, the festival offers something for everyone – including family-friendly bouldering walls on land to get a taste of the elite athlete experience.

The North Face Climb Fest London 2026 will be a celebration of climbing and London culture, epitomised by their partnership with one of London’s biggest pioneering radio stations, Rinse FM. The East London-born platform champions prominent musical talent on the London scene, earning their title as the biggest pirate radio station. Rinse FM’s presence will also be complemented by an array of main stage acts consisting of some of the biggest DJ acts the UK has to offer (to be announced) – with each bringing their own unique music style to the event, shaping the sounds of the weekend.

The North Face Climb Festival will take place 17 – 18th July at London’s Royal Docks. Tickets are free, with XPLR pass members having the chance to win VIP tickets for the weekend.
