Alfred Dzadey was born on the 25th of November in 1992. His professional career started off with him realising that this wasn’t his best opportunity to build the wealth that he aspired to achieve so early in his career, so this led him to explore opportunities outside the corporate world.
He decided to use his life savings to educate himself and focus on his personal development so that he could become more valuable in the marketplace.
His first business venture was in concerts where he would borrow private funds and offer a good return to his investors while he utilised the capital with a partner to run concerts for university students.
In parallel he got himself educated in property investing. His first property project was to convert a residential home into multiple units for rental income.
He successfully managed to raise finance once again from private investors to carry out this deal. The results of this deal were fantastic. This only furthered his drive to continue working hard and achieving his goals.
Alfred Dzadey’s Professional Career
Alfred Dzadey started his professional career as a Project Manager. His first taste as a project manager was when he chose to lead a team of 12 engineers to deliver a functional Quadcopter (Drone) from initiation to completion during his final year of his Masters degree.
He leveraged this experience to land a contracting project management role at Jaguar Land Rover. He worked there for 1 year and 5 months from July 2015 to November 2016.
After gaining some valuable experience, he decided to move on to his next challenge.
In November 2016, he took a job as i4 Diesel Base Engine Project Manager at Coventry, United Kingdom. He worked there for 1 year and 5 months from November 2016 to March 2018.
As Project Manager, he was responsible for managing a team of engineers who were responsible for the design, development, and testing of a new four cylinder diesel engine.
After successfully completing this project, he decided to move on to his next challenge.
In April 2018, he took a job as SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) Project Manager at Jaguar Land Rover. He worked there for 2 years and 1 month from April 2018 to April 2020.
As Project Manager, he was responsible for leading a team of engineers who were responsible for the design and development of accessories products for the base vehicle.
In April 2020, his contract was terminated by Jaguar Land Rover due to covid and the fact that he was working on future projects and the world being on pause. He decided rather than pick up a CV and apply for another job he would bet on himself and pursue his property business further.

Alfred Dzadey is the founder and director of Real Property Ventures, a property investment and development company based in the UK.
The company was founded in September 2018 with the aim of helping people to achieve better returns on their money through property investment.
