Ball Out 3×3, JD, Basketball England and Subway® are excited to announce the 2026 JD Ball Out 3×3 National Tour, with six qualifying events taking place across England before the national finals return to Finsbury Park, London.
2026 brings about an exciting year for our founder Julius Joseph, recently awarded with an MBE for his services to basketball. He has become the first Head Coach in UK basketball history to win 2 gold medals in the Commonwealth Games. The most recent this year in Glasgow.
His 2026 Ball Out tour brings together thousands of players across grassroots, recreational and elite basketball, with opportunities for men, women, juniors and wheelchair players. The programme combines competitive 3×3 basketball with the energy, music and culture that have become synonymous with Ball Out.
This year’s tour opened with junior and senior qualifying events in London before travelling to Bristol, Nottingham, Manchester and Essex. The national finals will take place at Finsbury Park on 22nd and 23rd August, with the junior finals on Saturday and the senior finals on Sunday.
One of the biggest prizes in the tournament’s history is also on offer in the Elite Men’s division. The 2026 champion will receive £2,000 and earn a trip to Phoenix, Arizona, to compete in a FIBA 3×3 Challenger event, representing the UK on an international stage.
Ball Out 3×3 is the UK’s biggest 3×3 basketball tournament and an official FIBA 3×3 Endorsed Event. The 2026 tour continues its commitment to making the sport accessible to players of all ages and levels, while providing a platform for the next generation of basketball talent.
