Mega City is a brand-new immersive entertainment destination opening in Slough this May 2026. Just an eight-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, with accessible parking on site, this 55,000 sq ft playground is designed for families, friends, date nights, parties and corporate groups, all under one roof.

Spanning three floors and two mezzanines, Mega City brings together a full-throttle mix of games, immersive tech, competitive socialising, food and drink. It’s a place where guests can bowl, sing, shoot, race, compete, eat, drink and repeat, without ever having to leave the building.

A playground for everyone
Inside visitors will discover one of the most diverse entertainment line-ups in the UK. Expect a huge arcade with 130 machines, 10 AMF bowling lanes, laser tag arena (up to 24 players!), laser raid and laser maze challenges, batting cages, AR clay pigeon shooting, AR darts, VR arenas, karaoke and private party rooms, pool tables, Flashpads, Total Football, Digital Box Room and more.

Because everything lives under one roof, groups can split up, try different activities and come back together again, making Mega City ideal for families with mixed age ranges, large friendship groups, birthday parties, team socials and big nights out.

Whether it’s a competitive family bowling match, a high-energy laser tag battle, a karaoke-fuelled birthday, or a post-work clay-shooting showdown, Mega City is built for shared moments and memorable wins.

Immersive, effortless, all in
Designed to feel playful, futuristic and escapist from the moment guests arrive, Mega City features neon signage, statement lighting and a dramatic central atrium connecting each floor. Every level offers a distinct atmosphere while still feeling part of one cohesive world.

The experience is fully cashless, built for speed and simplicity. How this works-

Sacoa Play Card (Arcade & Laser Mazes)
Guests purchase credit at in-venue Sacoa kiosks and receive a play card. Simply tap and play across arcade machines and laser raid games. The card automatically tracks points won, which can then be redeemed for prizes.

QR Code Activity Bookings (Experiences & Group Games)
For bowling, laser tag, VR, AR activities and other experiences, guests receive a QR code when booking online or in-centre. Scanning the QR code at the activity station activates the session instantly.

Fast, seamless and designed so the focus stays firmly on the fun.

Eat. Play. Repeat.
The food is unapologetically big on flavour and built to keep guests fuelled between games. The menu focuses on comfort food classics done properly, from our butter chicken burger and loaded fries piled high with chicken, beef or masala toppings, to classic hot dogs and a selection of indulgent desserts from churros to waffle tacos.

There’s something for everyone, with options for meat lovers as well as vegetarians and vegans. Little ones are catered for too, with a dedicated kids’ menu featuring burgers, pizzas, and chick’n and fries.

At the bar, guests can enjoy modern classic cocktails including Passionfruit Martinis, Negronis, Palomas, Espresso Martinis and Mega City Sours, alongside craft beers, premium spirits, alcohol-free cocktails, shakes, hot drinks and a broad soft drinks range.

At the heart
Created by the family behind Airport Bowl, Mega City brings decades of entertainment experience into a bold new, all-in-one destination. Led by siblings Jeet, Mandeep and Luke, the family-run business is built on a simple idea: creating a safe, inclusive and high-energy space where people of all ages can come together to play.

“At its heart, Mega City is about bringing people together,” says Jeet, co-founder of Mega City. “We wanted to create a place where different generations can enjoy shared experiences, feel welcome and make real memories.”
Mega City represents a massive £11 million investment into Slough’s leisure landscape, bringing together world-class attractions and immersive tech sourced from the USA, India, Belgium, China, the UK and Italy.

It is shaping up to be the pinnacle of Slough’s continued regeneration – being projected to create over 80 new local jobs, boosting footfall to the town centre, working with local suppliers where possible, and building long-term relationships with schools and colleges through play, work experience and career pathways.

With its scale, accessibility and community-first approach, Mega City is set to become a standout new all-weather leisure destination, easily accessible from London and welcoming visitors from across the region.
