Calling all families, builders, Pokémon Trainers and Moto racing fans! This year’s LEGO® Festival at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort has kicked-off the summer of play and everyone is invited to join in the fun.
Running from 20th July to 31st August 2026, the LEGO® Festival is designed for kids to take the lead, spark creativity and is guaranteed to keep the fun going from the moment guests walk through the famous LEGOLAND® portal.
Alongside imaginative new additions to the fan-favourite Music, Creative and Chill-Out Zones, two brand-new headliners are joining the line-up – LEGO® F1® in the Thrill Zone, and LEGO® Pokémon™ in the Play Zone.
Every guest will kick off their festival day with a LEGO® Festival wristband and a festival map, unlocking the full experience, marking guests as an official festival goer ready to play, explore, and celebrate creativity across the park all day long.
Across the festival, guests can look forward to newly installed themed play zones with hands-on brick building activities, photo worthy LEGO models, family challenges, LEGO character meet and greets and epic live shows including the brand-new Pit Lane Hype Show – performed using nothing but tools and snapping bricks, capturing the pulse of a race weekend.
Guests can expect five ways to play:
Music Zone: Turn up the volume and rock out in the Music zone featuring the “Battle of the Bands” show, where Rockstars and Popstars go head-to-head. Take centre stage in a high-energy space for kids to join in and sing along. Families can also add to a large festival mosaic build, spot selfie-friendly LEGO models, and meet characters including Melody Raye and Lyric Santos after the show.

Creative Zone: Get hands-on in this unique building zone designed to help kids test ideas and see creations take shape. All-new highlights include The Creatureverse brick build tables and Master Model Builder sessions such as “The Anything Animal” and “Let’s Create a Creature.” Plus, photo moments with the festival LEGO® Panda and the LEGO® Peacock that guests can add LEGO brick build “feathers” to – it’s a colourful, creative playground.

Chill Out Zone: Unwind and explore the serenity of a secret garden in this quieter zone designed for a peaceful, plant-filled escape. In LEGO® Botanicals “Build & Bloom” guests can build a LEGO Botanicals flower and add it to a growing display including LEGO bricks Butterflies and bug build – brand new for 2026. There’s also a LEGO brick build Gardener model to meet and the “Playtime with Hopsy” chilled out stage show.

Thrill Zone: Taking centre stage in the new Thrill Zone, the LEGO F1® experience brings the buzz of an F1® Race Day to life. Featuring a full-throttle line-up of high-energy moments, hands-on racing builds and family pit crew challenges. Guests can put their skills to the test in the Brick Stop Challenge, racing against the clock to complete the fastest LEGO® F1® tyre change, or get a chance become race engineer for the day. The zone also proudly spotlights the F1 Academy™ – a junior racing championship created to champion the next generation of female talent.

Play Zone: Be among the first in the world to experience Pokémon in the physical realm through the LEGO® SMART Play™ system and bring your LEGO Pokémon Trainer dreams to life. Choose from five Pokémon to bond with, nurture, and train before heading into epic, brick-built battles. In the Nurture area, Trainers can build their Pokémon a tasty snack, then head to the snack table to add a SMART tag and see how their LEGO® Pokémon™ reacts. To top off the experience, guests can build and display a LEGO® Poké Ball and snap a photo with the big LEGO® Pikachu model making its festival debut.
